First of all, I wish all of you a Happy Chinese New Year! This year element is "Soil", 2018 is the year of "Soil" dog. As always, on the first day of each year, I will publish a full year forecast.
First review last year's forecast. We forecast that the stock market will plummet in 2017 (one week before the Chinese Lunar New Year, Dow Jones drop 3,000 points, the which is only 20% of my forecast). The German Chancellor will pay a heavy price for accepting a large number of refugees. Now German Chancellor Angela Merkel Political parties lost voter support because of her policies. Also I said that the low oil price policy of the United States is aimed at Russia and Venezuela. The purpose of the United States has now been reached, and the economies of both countries have been hit hard by the policy of low oil prices. I also said that the EU will eventually collapse. Now that Britain is out of the EU is a foregone conclusion. I believe there will be more countries out of the EU in the next 10 years.
2018 is not a good year. Because this dog will bite like a dog with rabies disease. The Middle East is still in turmoil. Europe continue to pay the heavy price of the refugee’s problem. The global terrorist attacks are still ongoing. The influence of the United States continues to fall. Britain will getting better after leaving the EU. In the future, the rest of the European Union will follow the example of Britain. The world remains volatile. The stock market will go up and down, will eventually plunge at least 75%, many people will lose everything. The global economy will enter a period of depression. The old debts of central banks around the world have not yet been cleared and new debts have been added to support the economy. It will eventually lead to a vicious cycle.
This year around the world may occur 2-3 times more than 8.0 strong earthquakes, we must make preparations for disaster preparedness. Especially those living in high-seismic areas.
The conservative economic model of the United States Trump will bring the United States to a low point. China will therefore replace the United States as a global economic power. And Made in the USA only makes Americans spend more on buying items. The Americans eventually will find out that they have chosen the wrong president.
The stock market in 2018 is just as it was 10 years ago. When the market was getting worse in 2007 and the official fall was in 2008. The same thing will happen this year, the stock market cannot stand any shock. Just like the January 13, 2018 Ballistic Missile Attack false alert in Hawaii many people are scared to death. Any little bit of bad news in 2018 will cause the stock market crash. The worst forecast for the U.S. Dow Jones Index is that within a year and a half, there will be a total of 50 trillion U.S. dollars in losses worldwide. The Dow Jones Industrial Average will fall to about 5,000 points at most. NASDAQ will fall to 1500 points. The S & P index dropped to 500 points at most. The stock market is still affected by debt: government bonds, student loans, credit card debt, etc. have reached the brink of crisis. Many countries are continue to increase debt but who will pay?
Today, the stock market, the property market has reached its peak. There is an old word saying in Chinese: "the higher you climb, the more painful when you fall". Most people are confused by the current economy. They have forgotten that the pain of the previous stock market disaster has lost their guard. The 10-year once stock market disaster will never change. And each time the economic losses will be more and more.
Many people think Trump tax cuts will stimulate the economy, and you're wrong. Trump's tax cuts will not benefit the economy, will have a negative impact on the economy. Especially single people. And Trump's most mistaken in the tax cuts is: abolition many tax deductibles, people have to pay more taxes. Paying more tax means: less shopping.
If you remember, I said that many times U.S. elections are exactly the same as the Taiwan election. Taiwan appear what kind the president and the United States will have same kind president. Facts have proved once again that Taiwan's president Tsai Ing-wen made Taiwan so mess up since she became the president, Taiwan people will continue to suffer .And the United States president Trump has also made the United States a mess. They were elected president but not work for the people, but for fighting opponents(Democrats).
Trump defeated the Democratic parties in succession on various policies, just as Tsai Ing-wen's DPP played exactly the same as the KMT's non-return. It is the sadness of the people that this ruler, who only knows to deal with political parties and who does not mind the people's livelihood. Just as the people in Taiwan are living under the rule of Tsai Ing-wen, becoming more and more difficult. And the American people will not be much better under Trump's rule. People will use their votes to tell Trump and Tsai their anger!
